Un paio di ragioni per valutare un <strong>sistema di raffreddamento adiabatico<\/strong>, soprattutto se si vuole anche contenere il consumo di acqua e ridurre le attivit\u00e0 per la sua gestione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il <strong>raffreddatore &amp; condensatore adiabatico PAD-V<\/strong> unisce queste necessit\u00e0 facendo tesoro di alcuni elementi, propri dell\u2019<strong>esperienza di MITA Cooling Technologies<\/strong> nell\u2019ambito del raffreddamento evaporativo: semplicit\u00e0 di utilizzo, efficienza e affidabilit\u00e0 nel tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il Raffreddatore e Condensatore Adiabatico PAD-V<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il <strong>doppio principio operativo<\/strong> di PAD-V sfrutta le diverse condizioni ambientali esterne dell\u2019anno (il tutto regolato da sonde di temperatura):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>durante i periodi freddi, l\u2019aria di raffreddamento viene veicolata direttamente sulle batterie alettate contenenti il fluido da raffreddare (<strong>funzionamento a secco<\/strong>);<\/li>\n<li>nei periodi pi\u00f9 caldi, brevissimi cicli di bagnatura irrorano una sezione specifica utile per abbassare la temperatura dell\u2019aria che attraverser\u00e0 le batterie alettate (<strong>funzionamento adiabatico<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I sistemi che sfruttano questo principio eterogeneo vengono spesso definiti <strong>dry cooler adiabatici<\/strong>. Con un complemento rispetto ad altre soluzioni: PAD-V \u00e8 una macchina di <strong>semplice gestione nel tempo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Facile manutenzione e durabilit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I due principi cardine della progettazione di PAD-V. Gli <strong>ampi portelloni laterali<\/strong> permettono ispezioni e azioni di manutenzione agevoli alle componenti interne, che sono pensate anche per durare nel tempo: le batterie alettate non sono infatti in contatto con l\u2019acqua di bagnatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altro esempio \u00e8 il <strong>pacco adiabatico<\/strong> in PVC floccato, deputato al raffrescamento dell\u2019aria esterna, che ha una vita media molto pi\u00f9 lunga rispetto ad altri sistemi classici in cellulosa. Un\u2019ulteriore protezione da luce e polvere \u00e8 data dai pannelli esterni in PVC.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efficienza, manutenibilit\u00e0 e durabilit\u00e0: caratteristiche che i fruitori di sistemi adiabatici MITA spesso apprezzano in ambiti differenti, dagli <strong>impianti di climatizzazione<\/strong> all\u2019industria di processo.
