{"id":23904,"date":"2019-11-19T09:30:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-19T08:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mitacoolingtechnologies.com\/risorse\/articoli-tecnici\/cooling-technologies-and-industrial-noise-management\/"},"modified":"2023-09-11T18:03:26","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T16:03:26","slug":"kuehltechnologien-und-industrieller-laermschutz","status":"publish","type":"articoli-tecnici","link":"https:\/\/mita.mentine.work\/de\/ressourcen\/technische-artikel\/kuehltechnologien-und-industrieller-laermschutz\/","title":{"rendered":"K\u00fchltechnologien und industrieller L\u00e4rmschutz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di Giorgio Lorenzetti, Technical Manager MITA Cooling Technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La maggior parte degli impianti industriali comprende, oltre alla parte produttiva vera e propria, anche <strong>sistemi di raffreddamento <\/strong>di vario genere: torri o condensatori evaporativi, dry coolers, raffreddatori adiabatici, chillers etc. Questi, in alcuni casi, devono <strong>rispettare limiti di rumore<\/strong> anche molto bassi, soprattutto se rapportati alla loro potenza e dimensione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tecnologie di oggi permettono di <strong>raggiungere ottimi livelli sonori<\/strong>: \u00e8 pertanto molto importante conoscere bene i criteri di calcolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gestione del rumore nelle tecnologie di raffreddamento: variabili da considerare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Occorre anzitutto chiarire che, nel caso di apparecchiature che hanno una massa dimensionale ben definita nelle quali rientrano i sistemi sopra indicati, il calcolo della potenza sonora deve tenere conto anche della <strong>superficie di emissione dell\u2019apparecchiatura<\/strong> medesima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma Europea che regola il criterio di calcolo della potenza sonora di una macchina, con dimensioni misurabili \u201cX,Y,Z\u201d, \u00e8 la <strong>UNI EN ISO 3744<\/strong>: secondo questa norma, per calcolare la potenza sonora occorre <strong>effettuare una serie di misure di pressione sonora in punti equidistanti dall\u2019apparecchio<\/strong>, ricavare una media \u201cpesata\u201d e quindi sommare a questo valore il logaritmo della superficie dello stesso apparecchio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il dato di potenza sonora della macchina cos\u00ec calcolato \u00e8 utile al Cliente o al suo Consulente per effettuare uno <strong>studio previsionale di impatto acustico<\/strong> della nuova installazione. In questa misurazione, si deve tenere conto della presenza del rumore di fondo, di eventuali ostacoli o pareti riflettenti e del rumore prodotto da altri macchinari presenti nei dintorni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 frequente anche la richiesta al Costruttore del valore di pressione sonora ad una certa distanza, valore che potrebbe portare ad un\u2019erronea interpretazione. Infatti, la Norma di riferimento prevede che la macchina di cui si calcola la potenza sonora sia installata <em>\u201csu di una superficie piana riflettente in un ambiente che si approssimi a un campo acusticamente libero\u201d<\/em>: \u00e8 quindi evidente che qualsiasi valore di pressione sonora fornito non pu\u00f2 essere riscontrabile in una condizione diversa da quella <strong>calcolata teoricamente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gestione del rumore: alcuni esempi pratici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Di seguito alcuni esempi che un tecnico preparato deve saper gestire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Viene richiesta la pressione sonora ad una certa distanza partendo da un valore di potenza sonora calcolato come se la sorgente fosse puntiforme: ossia <strong>trascurando l\u2019incidenza della superficie di emissione<\/strong>. I valori di pressione sonora richiesto sono quasi sempre entro i 15 metri di distanza, limite entro il quale la superficie di emissione deve essere sempre considerata.<\/li>\n<li>Viene richiesta la pressione sonora (magari molto bassa) ad una certa distanza <strong>partendo da una potenza sonora correttamente calcolata<\/strong>, ben sapendo che il valore fornito non avr\u00e0 alcun riscontro reale a causa della presenza di ostacoli o altri rumori rilevanti (in pratica, non in \u201ccampo libero\u201d e non \u201cin assenza di rumore di fondo\u201d come la norma prescrive).<\/li>\n<li>Viene richiesto un dato di pressione sonora partendo da un valore di potenza sonora <strong>calcolato in modo diverso da quanto prescrive la norma Europea<\/strong> citata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In conclusione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutte queste variabili interpretative portano a differenze anche sensibili nel momento in cui il Costruttore deve fornire un valore di rumorosit\u00e0 coerente con la realt\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come gi\u00e0 accennato, la prassi valida e corretta sarebbe quella di fornire la potenza sonora dell\u2019apparecchiatura calcolata secondo la UNI EN ISO 3744 e utilizzare questo valore per ricavare l\u2019impatto che ne pu\u00f2 derivare <strong>una volta che la macchina \u00e8 posizionata<\/strong> nel sito di installazione.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die heutige K\u00fchltechnik erm\u00f6glicht es uns, optimale Schallpegel zu erreichen: Deshalb ist es wichtig, die Berechnungskriterien gut zu kennen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":5400,"template":"","categorie-articoli-tecnici":[217],"class_list":["post-23904","articoli-tecnici","type-articoli-tecnici","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categorie-articoli-tecnici-kuhltechnologien"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
