Va tenuto conto che il materiale composito in questione ha costi ben pi\u00f9 alti della lamiera. Inoltre, sia per quanto riguarda la costruzione di <strong>componenti di \u201ccarrozzeria\u201d <\/strong>della macchina che di <strong>profili pultrusi dedicati<\/strong>, richiede investimenti non indifferenti a livello di attrezzature di produzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peraltro, una costruzione che prevede ad esempio l\u2019utilizzo di <strong>pannelli di lamiera presso-piegati e forati <\/strong>\u00e8 indubbiamente pi\u00f9 standardizzabile e semplice che non allestire un \u201cparco\u201d stampi per la produzione di componenti dedicati in vetroresina. A questi si richiede poi generalmente anche una finitura estetica\u2026 vicina a quella delle carrozzerie per l\u2019automotive o per componenti di arredamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allora\u2026 perch\u00e8?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vantaggi della vetroresina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La risposta \u00e8 semplice nella sua essenza, ma frutto di considerazioni e valutazioni tecniche diverse a monte che richiedono conoscenza profonda della tecnologia di fabbricazione: in presenza costante di acqua, la <strong>vetroresina non si ossida, non si corrode, \u00e8 inalterabile nel tempo<\/strong>, non teme le intemperie ed <strong>\u00e8 quindi<\/strong> <strong>esente da manutenzione<\/strong>. \u00c8 inoltre <strong>pi\u00f9 leggera dell\u2019acciaio<\/strong> e, in caso di danno accidentale, \u00e8 facilmente riparabile a nuovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel caso di <strong>componenti realizzati da stampo<\/strong>, la consistenza strutturale viene conferita al pezzo mediante stratificazione successiva di tessuto di vetro chiamato in gergo <strong>\u201cmat\u201d<\/strong>, imbevuto di resina. Una volta catalizzata, la resina fa corpo unico con i vari strati di mat. Si ottiene quindi <strong>un pezzo strutturalmente robusto e dalla superficie omogenea<\/strong> e continua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La protezione esterna viene realizzata mediante una verniciatura direttamente in stampo con <strong>gelcoat resistente ai raggi UV<\/strong>, mentre l\u2019impermeabilizzazione all\u2019acqua dall\u2019interno \u00e8 ottenuta mediante apposizione di gelcoat paraffinato che impedisce qualsiasi fenomeno di osmosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nei pezzi pi\u00f9 complessi e delicati, viene posta particolare attenzione all\u2019orientamento delle fibre di vetro, in modo tale che queste possano meglio <strong>sopportare e distribuire i carichi statici e dinamici <\/strong>cui il pezzo \u00e8 sottoposto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mitacoolingtechnologies.com\/de\/kontakt\/\" class=\"ek-link\">>> Richiedi maggiori informazioni sulle torri di raffreddamento in vetroresina<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vetroresina e profili pultrusi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel caso di profili strutturali pultrusi, invece, questi vengono prodotti da trafila dedicata in base al disegno del profilo stesso, a monte della quale l\u2019impasto di resina catalizzata si amalgama con la fibra di vetro. Caratteristica peculiare del profilo pultruso \u00e8 <strong>l\u2019utilizzo di vetro a fibra continua<\/strong>: questo per garantire al profilo medesimo quella <strong>resistenza meccanica e strutturale<\/strong> che generalmente viene richiesta a questo tipo di prodotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche i profili pultrusi possono essere <strong>protetti nei confronti dei raggi UV<\/strong> e contro il rischio di osmosi con l\u2019acqua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mitacoolingtechnologies.com\/de\/kontakt\/\" class=\"ek-link\">>> Chiedi informazioni sulle nostre tecnologie di raffreddamento<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perch\u00e9 costruire torri di raffreddamento in vetroresina: conclusioni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Perch\u00e9, quindi, alcuni costruttori tra cui <strong>MITA Cooling Technologies e TORRAVAL Cooling<\/strong>, societ\u00e0 spagnola del Gruppo, da sempre prediligono questa tecnologia rispetto ad altre meno costose?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche se la risposta sembra banale, la ragione non \u00e8 di convenienza fine a se stessa: \u00e8 bens\u00ec legata alla scelta di proporre al mercato <strong>un prodotto di<\/strong> <strong>qualit\u00e0 superiore<\/strong>.
